At first I went here and I worked with a fellow named Steve who was incredibly rude I wouldn't recommend working with him, but then I got a hold of Tom Long and he was able to work with me along with the Steve who was incredibly rude I wouldn't recommend working with him, but then I got a hold of Tom Long and he was able to work with me along with the manager and they really helped me a lot and they were very courteous and friendly, they made sure that everything was good with the car and even replaced a couple parts so that I would be ensured that there would be no issues with the car in the near future. They were very helpful and sympathetic to my situation and I would definately buy a car from them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone I know who would want to purchase a car in the near future. They are really great people over there ^.^ More
I can not say enough good things about these folks. This is at least the third new Honda I have gotten from Honda of Lisle and this most recent deal was the best one ever -- and they've all been fair. I upgraded from a 2009 Accord to a 2012 Accord Ex and it was within the budget I told Sam, our salesperson, I wanted to stick to. Sam never tried to up-sell me once but instread just pointed out some really terrific features, such as the USB connection, that are standard with the Ex. They made the numbers work and I love my car. Me and my girlfriend got there late Saturday afternoon and were there probably around 30 minutes past closing. Not only did they not rush us out, but Sam stayed with us and insisted on helping us transfer our stuff from our old trunk to our new vehicle. I drive 30 miles in from Chicago to do business with these folks and I trust them to always give me a fair deal. More
I had been shopping for a 2005 Honda Pilot under 100,000 miles on the internet for about a month in a 200 mile radius of Chicago. One contender was at Honda of Lisle. The folks there were great. They not only let me have the car evaluated by my own mechanic, Debbie Brown met me at the dealership early before regular business hours to pick it up. The car looked just beautiful and got a great evaluation. Debbie was absolutely terrific! She has a down-to-earth, no-pressure approach and smoothly handled every last detail of this sale to my satisfaction. When I arranged to come back the following day to buy the car, she even offered to pick me up at the Metra station! I know I got a very good deal on this car and what's more, outstanding customer service. I will be recommending this dealership to everyone I know. More

Sager is the ultimate professional. This is the second family purchase from him. Our daughter bought a Fit earlier this year she is very pleased. Came in off of a used 2010 Honda Accord I thought I might want to buy off the internet. As it turned out I was shown a way to get a brand new Accord at a great price and great terms. I went to couple dealers of Honda cars and I had some bad experience like response at a glance, high prices and not a negotiable price of a used car. But I went to this Honda superstore to have a look at the car on my way back to home with Mr. Ken Nandani. Actually I talked with him over the phone and had the best response ever. I felt like this is the sales person that can understand my budget limits as well as my desire for a good used car. Upon arrival to the dealership, Mr. Nanadani gave me a worm welcome and discussed my dream car and budge limits. Then he showed me some of the cars that met my criteria. After the test drive, he discussed the price of the car and we finalized the deal. During test drive I paid attention to check the car for any of the problems or no, and it had no problems. But Mr. Nandani told me that the car needs the odor removal process because of smoke, that I never observed. We checked it again and felt it. Also some of the basic requirement like sound proofing of salt and mud at the bottom of the car, the odor removal etc. are taken care perfectly. I already recommended family members to buy the car from there. I also recommend all those who read this that If you want to buy a car just visit this dealership and meet Mr. Ken Nandani. You will surely buy a car from him because he can get you the car that you want in a reasonable price. More
