I was met with respect and courteousness when I entered the dealership. The process was fast and efficient and it was clear that each individual knew their job well. He took the time to answer my questions, explain the features of the car, make sure I understood the maintenance agreement, and help me feel I was making a good decision for my family. If I ever need another car I will go to Honda Superstore in Lisle. (the only thing I felt was a bit weird was ringing the gong-I am sure some people get excited about it-but it was not my thing :)). I am so glad we were able to work with Mike. He has a lot of positive energy. He enjoys and is gifted at what he does. Most impressive though was his ability to know what I wanted. Mike asked me a couple of questions and then showed up with the exact car i needed and wanted (even the color i wanted). Buying a Honda was a splurge for me, but in the end it just made sense to buy a Honda. I wanted something reliable, safe, comfortable and with good gas mileage. (I drive 45 miles a day to and from work). The car that Mike brought to us was immaculate and practically brand new - 4500 miles. Relationship with Mike was important because we did spend a good part of the day with him. He was the perfect match for us because he made finding a car as smooth as it could have been. He saved time and energy by bringing out the right car the first time even though it was a little higher priced than we originally wanted to pay. I would say Mike is good at reading people. More
