Upon entry to the building, I was greeted and introduced to my salesman Ken. Ken took the time to answer my questions without giving me the typical lines you would expect from a typical salesman. Ken allowed me to look, touch and test drive the vehicle of MY choice...he never once attempted to PUSH me into something I did not want. Finance Manager Vic did a great job of explaining additional warranties (which I did purchase and suggest that anyone who does buy a vehicle do the same) and did not pressure me into saying yes. Mike and his finance manager, Brad worked with me to get the best possible interest rate and I ended up buying the car right then and there! Just two days later, I received a follow up phone call from Mike to see how the car was doing and if I'm still very excited about the car. Let me tell you, the fuel rating on Honda vehicles are conservative! I will definitely return to this dealership to buy another Honda down the road. I came to this dealer because they were the only Chicagoland Honda dealer that had the Insight in stock. They gave me the best offer and I had already been to two different Honda dealers prior to receiving their quote. They also provided the best financing even better than any bank or credit union.
