I was looking to buy a new car on a short timeframe. I had done some internet research on 2012 Honda Civics to figure out what other consumers were paying for the car in my area. Jessica Alvarado at the Honda Superstore of Lisle provided me the most transparent information of all of the dealers who contacted me, and was extremely helpful as I narrowed my search down to a specific trim and color. Three days after working with Jessica via email I was able to make it in to the dealership. I met with Mike Mendoza, who was just as helpful as Jessica. There was no haggling or pushing for extra things that I didn't want/need. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted in just about two and a half hours, which included a test drive as well as getting my financing approved. I want to give many thanks to both Jessica and Mike for their help. It made buying my first new car so easy and stress free, and I would definitely recommend this dealership to any of my friends and colleagues if/when they are looking to buy a new car. More
