I was looking for Honda Accord and based on my research I picked two finalized dealers 1. Valley Honda 2. Isle Honda for the price they quoted me. I went first to Valley Honda although the price of the car was very not very much different from Valley Honda the Sales manager didn't entertain any offer with the spoiler installed and gave me his card to find out from other places when i walked out the Valley Honda i was not going back(i never go back to any place if i walk out empty thumb rule) when i came to Isle Honda Ken Nandani greeted me and offered his help on the car i closed the deal in 20 min's Ken explained me everything very well and he was very friendly and courteous and i noticed big difference in attitude between sales manger in Valley vs Ken Nandani @ isle Honda even after i picked up my car and went back Ken Nanadani showed same kind of attitude as if i went to buy new car that is what i thought Ken Nandani was outstanding not just a typical sales manager attitude. It will go long way I told my 10 friends and they will tell 10 other people. More

Jennifer was fantastic! We've never had such a pleasant car shopping experience. She was able to answer all our questions, and treated us with respect. She never rushed us - so patient!
