My experience was great from the start. I began shopping online and received some aggressive quotes on 2012 accord models via a phone call. I really was just starting my search that night but wound up making the purchase on that very first visit. I test drove two Hondas but after driving the second Honda I knew this was the car for me. I was most pleased with the way the vehicle handled and the many features on the car plus the price was right. Mark was very patient explaining the many features on the car, making me comfortable when operating the car for the first time. I felt Mark believed in the quality of Honda and hearing the "Gong" go off so many times that night, there where many other customers who also believed in Honda. I had a great experience at Honda of Lisle. I was scared I wouldnt be able to find a car in my price range but the dealer was not hesitant on helping me find just that. I was able to trade my old car in, pa I wouldnt be able to find a car in my price range but the dealer was not hesitant on helping me find just that. I was able to trade my old car in, pay off that loan and get a brand new car in my price range for the amount of payments I was looking for. It was a super busy day and Heri Gaytan (the dealer that helped me) was able to smile through my indecisiveness on which make and models I wanted, offering to take them all out front for me to test drive. A few days after taking my car home I noticed a little stain on the seat and called Heri; he told me to come right in the next day to get it detailed. I would definitely recommend this dealership and especially this dealer. More
