After test driving several used compact SUVs at other dealers I visited Honda of Lisle to check out the CRV. I decided the CRV was the vehicle I wanted and gave Javier what I was looking for - year, # miles, trim, options, color - and he promised to contact me when a vehicle meeting my specs came in, since used CRVs sell so quickly. Over the next several weeks I received emails and phone calls from Javier, touching base and updating me on vehicles that I might be interested in. Finally he called with one that sounded like exactly what I was looking for; and when I went to the dealer it was! I negotiated a fair price and Javier arranged to come in on his day off so I could pickup the car on a day convenient for me. I had never visited Honda of Lisle before, and was very impressed - it's a beautiful facility, the service dept waiting area is very nice, and the personnel were all very personable and professional. Javier provided exceptional customer service, and I am very grateful for his patience and perseverance in finding the right vehicle for me. I love my "new" CRV and highly recommend the dealership and specifically Javier Saltos. More
