The sales consultant Kabir Sheikh was very proffesional and gracious. I told him what I was interested in and what I was willing to pay. He showed me the different options and availabiltiy. Made appointment 8:00AM, 10/10/2012, to have my car serviced. Bob didn't get back to me about what needed to be done until, 9:45AM. What kind of service is this? If this is the service you provide, I will not buy another car at your dealership. I have had my Pilot serviced only at your store and never have been impressed. I went to the the Honda Superstore of Lisle with a set car and price in mind. I've done my research in the category of cars I was looking for and concluded that Honda would be my top pick (sales service car and price in mind. I had several other options available, but there was no need. Sager greeted me immediately at the door and within minutes I was test driving the exact model I was looking for (2012 Honda Civic LX Polished Metal exterior). When it came time to talk pricing, Sager wasted no time in meeting my target price. Not only did he get me the exact car I was looking for at the price I wanted, he followed me to drop of my rental car and shuttled me back to the dealership to pick up my car. This was above and beyond in my book. I've purchased several different makes of cars from dealers (good and bad) and Honda of Lisle made the best look poor by comparison. The showroom and guest services area is exemplary and Sager personified customer service, in my opinion. I will be recommending Honda of Lisle, and Sager in particular, to all my acquaintances in the future. More
My overall experience at Honda of Lisle was one of initial trepidation since this was my first experience with getting a new/ different car in the 10 years I've had a license. However my fears were quickly allayed by the friendly persona of my sales agent, Mr. Mendoza and he was able to make me comfortable with the sales process. He did not pressure, or sell falsehoods. I came in this weekend looking for a new car to replace my clunker. I have not purchased a new car in a while so I was definitely worried that I would not know how to go through the car buying process and my clunker. Ali greeted me warmly, and I was instantly helped. I had SO many questions, and they were all answered. He was never once impatient with me. I was going back and forth on a new car or a used with that was a couple of years old. Z.Ali patiently took me around the lot and showed me many different choices until I was satisfied. I also liked that some of the other salesmen came and gave my family water and asked if we needed anything. This showed me that the dealership as a whole is caring, professional, and very respectful. I was confident that I was buying from the right place. Needless to say, I walked out with a new 2012 Honda Accord that I LOVE. I believe I received a great deal and am so satisfied with the whole process. It felt great to hit the gong! Thank you so much Z. Ali and Honda of Lisle! As to their service department, I've been going there since 1997 with my Hondas (the new one is my third) and find their service excellent. Even after an express oil change, they wash and vacuum your car. More
