I started my search online with Darrel Simmons who was very patient and easy to work with by providing various quotes and incentives for the purchase of my CR-V. Heri was extremely helpful in showing me all the bells and whistles and also during the negotiation process. I was able to get the price I wanted plus a few extra's. Heri helped me set up my phone and showed me some of the fun things the car electronics can do. The nice thing was the follow up by Heri, he wanted to make sure I am loving my car and also to make sure that I am comfortable using the technology in the car, he has even offered for me to come back for an extra lesson.
