I started my search online with Darrel Simmons who was very patient and easy to work with by providing various quotes and incentives for the purchase of my CR-V. Due to his excellent customer service I decided to make my purchase with Honda of Lisle. Mike Mendoza was the sales rep and he was nothing short of excellent in his attentiveness to my needs. What I liked best of my purchase was the post-sale service I have received. Since purchasing my car I have received two phone calls and numerous emails asking how things were going. Being a customer service manager myself, this is a great testament to their service and how much they care about their customers. More

Buying a new car has never been as enjoyable as the one we purchased at Honda Superstore of Lisle. Our sales consultant, Kabir Sheikh, was definitely the reason tthe experience was so "stress free". He actually made the purchase exciting with his obvious enjoyment of explaining in detail all of the new technology that Honda offers in its new models. He understood our choice of color was important to us and did everything possible to find the right car for us, even driving to a town 100 miles away to pick it up. I can say it is now because of Sam Gage he is the best sales person I have ever worked with and sure will tell all I know that if they are looking to buy a vehicle I would definitely recommend Honda and that they need to come to Lisle of Honda and work with Sam Gage it will be an experience they will never forget. He truly knows how to put a customer at ease and make buying a quality vehicle like Honda a great experience. I would send my best of friend or family member there so they can see why I keep telling everyone I had nothing but top service and all who I dealt with even the receptionist that greats you makes you feel at home. I am enjoying my new Honda CRV EX and Sam has even follow up with me regarding my purchase and said if I need any assistance getting to know my Honda he is a phone call away. I feel there needs to be more sale consultants like Sam and many can learn from him. He is a 5 or for me a 10 star sales consultant and so glad I had the chance to work with him. I absolutely love how warm and welcoming the sales staff is and it perfectly compliments their extensive knowledge which they bestow upon their customers to better assist the decision process. The cars are impeccably serviced and cared for ensuring a quality purchase. The finance department was extremely helpful in negotiating a fair deal for an amazing buy. Honda Superstore of Lisle and Heri Gayton made purchasing my new 2013 Honda Accord Coupe extemely easy. Heri was extremely helpful in showing me all the bells and whistles and also during the negotiation process. I was able to get the price I wanted plus a few extra's. Heri helped me set up my phone and showed me some of the fun things the car electronics can do. The nice thing was the follow up by Heri, he wanted to make sure I am loving my car and also to make sure that I am comfortable using the technology in the car, he has even offered for me to come back for an extra lesson. I would recommend this dealership and Heri Gayton. More
