Very good experience. Came in at 7:30 PM and drove away with a newly leased 2012 Honda Civic by 9:30. The crew stayed a little late to get everything processed and me out the door in my new vehicle. Stephanie (sales manager) crunched the numbers and got me where I needed to be. Vic (finance)was really expedient with the bill out. Even the car porter, Helio, was terrific running around getting the car gased up, cleaned, plated and he even removed and transfered an important village vehicle sticker for me. I usually hate car buying expereinces but this was different. No big pressure, no huge bait and switch, just some good negotiations and great service. I was treated with respect and the whole process went farily quickly. I am very pleased. More

I was greeted at the door by a very professional looking gentleman who introduced himself and asked how he could help. Upon stating that I was there to look at a new accord, he promptly took me to the mode gentleman who introduced himself and asked how he could help. He allowed me time to just browse, but was available when I was ready to talk about my leasing options. Everyone who walked passed me smiled and said hello. I never felt pressured or swayed to make a prompt decision. Sager told me about the dealership and seemed very proud to be part of their team. I was treated kindly and professionally by the finance department as well. I was extremely satisfied with this experience. I drove out of the dealership with a new Accord within 3 hours of walking in to look at one. It was probably the easiest and most enjoyable car buying experience I have had. More
