Keith helped us purchase our '09 CRV almost two years ago and was extremely helpful in helping us trade it in for a brand new '14. When price became an issue, he helped us make the decision to lease. The newer cars have become very complex and a customer really needs a training course to get full value from the new features , which my wife will attend the new car seminar. Debbie took the time to answer multiple questions and handhold us through the process of setting up our cell phones on Bluetooth even though the sale was done we were very pleased with her service. Her mgr Shawn was also great to work with and made the deal work financially. We are happy to be able to continue as a loyal Honda customer. Vic the finance person was very personable and friendly. I met Kabir several months earlier and kept his business card. My daughter Rebecca needed a new car after a crash where the Insurance company deemed the auto a total loss.
