I purchased a new 2004 Honda Accord in the fall of 2003 from Honda of Lisle, Illinois. I was very satisfied with my purchase and the subsequent performance of technicians in the service department. A few years ago, I contacted Honda of Lisle to obtain information on the latest Accord model. I spoke with sales consultant Michael Dalpino. He patiently provided a wealth of information. Most importantly, Mike did not exert any pressure regarding my interest in the new model. However, Mr. Dalpino remained in touch with me through the years by sharing Honda information via periodic email. During the late fall of 2013, I made a decision to purchase a new 2014 Accord. Since I wanted to purchase from a dealership close to my residence, I visited a dealership in the far south suburban area and the City of Chicago. I was extremely dissatisfied with both experiences and I had actually considered postponing the purchase indefinitely. Due only to the driving distance from my residence, I was reluctant to visit Honda of Lisle. Several days later, I made an appointment to visit Mike Dalpino at Honda of Lisle. Upon meeting with Mr. Dalpino, I was impressed with his professionalism and congeniality. Since I had researched various sources for Hondas off and on for a few years, I knew exactly what I wanted to purchase. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and very thorough when discussing the model that I wanted. After the test drive, although I was ready to make a deal, I mentally prepared myself for what I perceived would be the most stressful part of the meeting. I was absolutely wrong! Mr. Dalpino actually pulled up a trusted source on the computer during our price negotiation. I had previously reviewed that particular source several times. Therefore we were able to agree on what I considered to be a fair price without “haggle and hassle”. I then met with “Vic” in the finance office. I want to commend Vic for his respectful “down to earth” manner and straightforward explanation of finance options. Additionally, Vic was very patient as I considered various options throughout the entire process. After closing the deal, I met again with Mr. Dalpino who reviewed all of the Accord’s reference manuals with me. Our last task was a hands on operation and explanation of all equipment on my new 2014 Accord EX-L. Mike Dalpino far exceeded my expectations of a sales consultant. Overall, my new car shopping experience at Honda of Lisle was open, honest, positive and a rewarding experience. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Honda of Lisle if you are interested in a fair purchase price and quality treatment. I love Honda of Lisle. Mike Dalpino is awesome!! More
Mike was very open, honest, and patient. He did not try to push me in other directions, as had other dealers with whom I worked. He thoroughly explained the details of the deal, including the warranty. Mike and the manager worked with me to get a lower price. I can't say they went way down, but I felt confident in the integrity of the dealership and was willing to make a deal. More
I was in the market for a new vehicle and Debby Pierce was the first person who approached me. I had in mind what I wanted, which was a 2014 Honda Accord base model. She knew everything about the vehicle and informed me about its features. I got the chance to test drive the vehicle and Debby made me feel really comfortable during the test drive. I didn't make a decision right then and there because I wanted to make sure that this was the vehicle I wanted. I left my contact information with Debby and told her I will be back later on in the week. Debby gave me time to think about the vehicle. I later came back within the next 3 days with my decision in mind, however Debby showed me another vehicle which was a 2013 Honda Accord, she managed to get me a good deal and I ended up saving some money on the 2013 Honda Accord. During the purchase Debby went over all of the paper work with me, and she actually sat with me during the wait of finalizing the purchase. Mark Petersen came in from time to time just to check and see how things were going. I later got the chance to sit down with Brad, who also made me feel welcoming. I finalized the purchase with Brad, and next thing you know I was on my way. But before I left Debby mentioned to me about the New Car Owners Workshop that takes place every second Tuesday of the month, which I will be attending. She also helped me customized the vehicle by helping me set up my bluetooth and programing some of my contact info to vehicle. My overall experience was a GREAT one, I would tell a friend about Honda Superstore of Lisle. More

I first initiated my search via internet, received quick/friendly quotes from D. Simmons re a new CR-V. I came in and was introduced to Bob and took a test-drive in a CR-V and an Accord. In addition, I was looking to trade in my civic and was considering the pricing on the new vehicle and trade-in, as well. He got me additional info I asked for and, as much as I wanted to make a decision, I couldn't decide on which vehicle that day. Bob continually stayed in good communications with me. He was always courteous, professional and personable. He consistently offered his help and knowledge in answering any question I had to help me with this process. I decided on the CR-V and came back. Bob did a great job of explaining the details and was very patient and respectful in this process. I never felt rushed or pressured. In the CR-V, he again took his time to make sure I knew the functioning of it and made sure I was comfortable with the vehicle before I left. I appreciated his time and was thankful for his patience. He continued to follow-up on everything and I felt he really worked hard at making sure I was completely satisfied with this purchase. Every person I encountered at this dealership has been polite and professional. I feel they really want to please the customer 100%.
