We worked with Honda of Lisle's Ken Nandani and purchased a 2013 Accord EX L V6. We took four test drives on three different models to get a good feel for the steering, ride and sound system. Our selection process narrowed to the Accord EX L V6. Ken was very helpful in showing us the many of the features available on this model as this is a redesigned Accord and is loaded with electronics. It's a fantastic car. Our closeout negotiations were more than satisfactory. We were pleased with the price we received for our Honda trade-in and the discount off the sticker price. After the sale, Ken was very helpful in visiting our home and assisting my wife in reviewing the car's electronic settings and setting the garage door opener to the Honda's HomeLink system. Now that is personal service and is not found at many dealerships. Ken and the his manager, Mark Fitzpatrick come highly recommended in providing a very good sales experience and quality product. My daughter and I both needed to get a new car. We were greeted by Michael Dalpino who was so pleasanr and knowledgeable and helperd us find the right cars. A special thank you to Vic Vibhakar for helping us with financing especially fore my daughter. I would recommed to any of my friends or family who were looking for a new car to go to your dealership and talk to Michael. I picked up my car first and Michael spent a lot of time going over all the controls with me, setting up my phone with the bluetooth and programming in my favorite radio stations. I have bought cars before but not with this level of service. Thank you again. More

I bought this 2008 Fit from Honda of Lisle because the 1993 Del Sol had 318K (serviced by these Guys) for the 15 years before. I have nothing but good things to say about the service I've received from Mike and the Staff. More

If you are basing your decision on rebates or special incentive programs, you will see that Honda does not have very many options. However, they are very understanding and we ended up getting a 2013 Civic LX at base price with great financing options, which is basically what the "rebate" would have given us. More

We were in and out in less than 20 minutes and we even had a trade in..when we got there our new van was in front all washed and waiting for us..now that was customer service above and beyond the call of duty..
