We had gone shopping around to many Honda Dealers in Illinois as well as Wisconsin and none could compare to what we experienced at Honda Superstore of Lisle. The moment we walked through the doors we had the secretary great us with a smile and asked us how she could help us. Many Honda Dealers we had been to hadn't even done something as fundamental as this for 30 minutes after we came in. Honda Superstore of Lisle made us feel welcomed and comfortable. This was shortly followed by an introduction to the sale representative Kabir Sheikh. Our experience with him was more than satisfactory. He went above and beyond to help us in any way that he could. The way he spoke to us and the way he carried himself throughout the discussion showed that he truly cared that we got the best deal and that he was going to try his best to get us the price we wanted. It honestly felt as if we had known Kabir for years and that we were long time friends. He fought for us and got us a price on a new 2014 Honda Accord LX that beat any dealer in the area. Overall it was honestly the best experience of buying a car we have ever had. We will definitely returning to see Kabir at Honda Superstore of Lisle for our future purchases. More

Mike reviewed features including technology, set up smart phones, etc. This was the second CR V i have bought from Honda of Lisle & have always been happy with service also. The easiest car purchase I have ever made was recently at Honda of Lisle. I purchased a Honda Crosstour with sales person Mark Hammond. Mark was not high pressure, and when it came time to close the sale we got a very good deal on the car. Mark also arranged to have some additional features put on the car at the body shop, and that went smoothly, as he handled everything. We also traded in our old car, and Mark handled that as well. When it came to the financing, Vic was the finance person. He was also low key and the whole process was quick and easy. I have had high pressure finance managers at other dealers, so this experience was refreshing. Overall, the experience was non-pressure, friendly, and an easy process, and we got a great deal!
