We purchased our Honda Odyssey Van from Honda on Grand in Elmhurst and brought it back there 2 times for what I consider simple repairs They could not fix it. I lost all hope and decided to try the Honda store in Lisle. I met Mike when I first came in. He said good morning and had a smile on his face. He assured me that they would do the best they could to fix our issues. Mike not only was friendly at the very first meeting but he continued to keep me abreast on all developments with our van. Because of my experience and the professionalism of Mike I will be going back to the Lisle store for every repair and future purchases that we may have. I will not only let my friends know of my pleasent experience but I will Tweet it and post on Facebook. Thank you Mike. More

I dreaded all the "wheeling and dealing" of a new car purchaes and just the thought of it made my blood pressure rise. However, my experience at Honda of Lisle was wonderful. I had initially gone to a few other dealers including another Honda dealership to look at cars and was bombarded the minute I walked in the door. After some test drives, I decided I was interested in the Honda Accord. The next day at work I was telling a coworker that I had been car shopping. She asked me if I had ever considered a Honda. I told her as a matter of fact Honda was what I was leaning toward. She then told me her cousin Stephanie was a sales manager at Honda of Lisle and gave me her contact info. I decided to go to Lisle figuring I would give Stephanie the business. And am I so very happy I did. My husband and I stopped in that Saturday and met Stephanie who was so very nice. She told us we could deal directly with her if we decided to buy a car and then connected us with Robin who is a sales consultant. There was absolutely NO pressure. What a relief! Robin was incredibly friendly and down to earth - like someone you've known for years. We got to see the car in the daylight, took another test drive and went home. Again, absolutely no pressure. On Monday I called Stephanie and dealt directly with her by phone. After work I was at the dealership picking up my new car with Robin taking care of all the paperwork. It was just so easy and pleasant. I would definitely recommend Honda of Lisle and specifically Stephanie and Robin. I must add that there was something really nice about dealing with two women (sorry guys). Keep up the great work! More

Mr. Tim Korallus was helpful and courteous. I don't like High pressure sales people and Tim was none of that. Most pleasant experience I have had buying a new car. My wife and I went in interested in looking at a CRV. We worked with Mike and Mark in Sales. They were extremely friendly and helpful. A few hours later we got the car we wanted at the price we wanted. We then worked with Vic in finance who was also a pleasure to work with. My wife then hit the gong (her favorite part of the experience) and we left with our new car. I would absolutely recomend Honda of Lise to anyone looking for a new car and we will most likely be purchasing another car from them in the near future. More

On February 22 we contacted the Honda superstore and was greeted by the Internet spokesperson Jessica Alvara Service is a reflection of management. On February 22 we contacted the Honda superstore and was greeted by the Internet spokesperson Jessica Alvarado who was my first contact. I explained to Jessica that number one I was calling from Naples Florida and the dealer her in Naples was unable to find the Accord I wanted and number two I was looking for a specific Honda accord which we had seen on their Internet site. I was concerned about the color since It wasn't what I was looking for but had all the amenities that I wanted. Jessica was very patient and continued to try to help me. She then turned me over to Jennifer Holish the in store sales person. I again explained everything to Jennifer and asked if she could possibly take a picture and send it to me on my phone or through my email which she very graciously did. I then asked how we would go about purchasing the car from her dealership in Lisle and have it shipped to us here in Naples Florida. Jennifer sent me a list of transport people and assured me that once we made our selection she would make sure that it would be safely loaded onto the carrier and shipped to us after we had made the purchase. We agreed on the price and what kind of deposit she would need and how everything would work over the phone. So I let Jennifer know that we would try to see that color here in Naples and then I would call her back the next morning to see how we would proceed. With further research here in Naples I now realize that we would go to the Fort Meyers Honda dealer who had assured us that they were able to find the car we wanted in the color and at the price we agreed on. With that information I gave Jennifer a call immediately the next morning let her know that we were able to find a car at another dealership in Florida and I thanked her for the outstanding service. When next I am in Lisle I will make every effort to stop and shake Jennifer's hand she did an outstanding job I'm very pleased. I know that Jennifer will give that same service to anyone coming into the showroom and ask for her assistance. More
My experience with this dealership reflects the Honda reputation of high value at reasonable, fair costs. We have purchased and serviced 2 Hondas here the past 5 yrs and the place is simply light years f reputation of high value at reasonable, fair costs. We have purchased and serviced 2 Hondas here the past 5 yrs and the place is simply light years from the 2000 era when shopping for a CIVIC i encountered little interest from the salesforce, and was not offered a test drive despite my expressed interest in a Honda. Saturn at the time was enjoying a good reputation and I purchased a 2000 Sl2 Sedan, I still have. A good car, too but fit/finish not the same and lacked the great handling of the CIVICs. My 1980 Accord, 1991 Civic, 2009 Civic and 2010 CRV are among my best vehicles owned and I now at am a point that I am unlikely to view another brand but rather find the Honda that fits my budget. I would definitely start with this dealership. I just wish I could afford a Honda motorcycle, too...... More
