Paper work was done so quickly and all I had to do was sign it. Even after I purchased my car, he took the time to set up my navigation for me and show me how to use everything inside the car. Also, I purchased a remote starter for my car, Scott offered to pick up my car (from my house) and drop off a loaner car while it's being installed. Talk about service! He definitely went above and beyond. Highly recommend Honda of Lisle! More

We are a Honda family and have been long-time customers of Honda Superstore of Lisle. We have bought several cars from them in the past and have used them to service the cars. Jennifer Hollish, our sales person there, was probably the nicest ones we have ever dealt with. She was very patient, no pressure tactics, and worked with us till both the dealership and we could reach a deal. After that, she patiently showed us the various features of the new Honda, especially the Navigation system. She has followed up with us even after the sale to see if we are satisfied with the purchase and how we are enjoying the car, even offering to go over the features of the car once again with us. They had an Odyssey waiting specifically for us to test drive. They were straight forward and completely honest with their pricing. I never felt for a second that they were trying to take advantage of us. We were there for just over two hours total, which is far less than I had figured. I have already recommended family and friends to make their future vehicle purchase with Mark and Jim, and I will continue to do so.
