Honda of Lisle

Mr. DalPino contacted me via e-mail asking me to consider trading-in my leased vehicles for new vehicles. I was initially hesitant but I eventually came to see him to see if we could come to an agreement fo trading-in my leased vehicles for new vehicles. I was initially hesitant but I eventually came to see him to see if we could come to an agreement for three new leased vehicles. Not only did we come to an agreement, but he really went to bat for me on my terms and payments for the new vehicles. He saved me on taxes and it was truly "sign-and-drive" like Volkswagon has, only I have three new Hondas. He even considered putting me into a five star "crash rated" vehicle at the same price point, knowing I have two daughters still going to college that will be driving two of the cars. In essence, he cared for me from start-to-finish and then some. Five stars is not enough stars to give him. He deserves an Oscar for best salesman, period. I do not want to diminish the reputation of other salesmen and women at Honda of Lisle. I am sure they are good sales personnel too, but I will only deal with him in the future and I am sure he will keep me on his radar when my three new leased vehicles are due to be returned in three years. This lease experience with him was the best I ever had. I did not expect to re-lease with Honda, but I could not pass up the opportunity Mr. DalPino and Honda gave me. So, in ending, I am beyond extremely happy and it is nice to feel like a person should be treated by a dealership and its employee. Thank you Mr. DalPino! My Honda experience was very positive... Since 2009, I've purchased three Honda vehicles from this Dealership and I will keep going back. I received various price quotes from other Honda dealerships and two quotes were actually lower than the this Dealership and I will keep going back. The sales person (Kabir Shelkh) is the main reason I keep going back there. Kabir uses no hard selling tactics and has always displayed an honest and friendly disposition. Kabir was very helpful in answering all my questions and was patient enough to take me around to see vehicles in various lots. My interactions with other store personnel have also been very positive.
