i went in to lease a new accord coupe, and found out my favorite car sales person was no longer employed by lisle honda, that was very disapointing, but i also remember 3 years ago with my 2010 purchase wh favorite car sales person was no longer employed by lisle honda, that was very disapointing, but i also remember 3 years ago with my 2010 purchase while talking with my salesperson, he had mentioned what a nice guy sam gage was. so when i saw him i went to chat with him before i checked other honda dealers, ( i've purchased 3 new vehicles at schaumburg honda in the past) sam was professional and knowledgeable about the product i was looking for. i am 100% honest when i tell you that not only is Sam Gage the best sales car sales person i've ever dealt with, i will be loyale to lisle honda for a long time. please express my graditude to sam,( witch i've done a few times already) for making my transaction as smooth as possible. once again thankyou MR. This was the third time we've visited and done business with this dealership. Mike was very knowledgeable about Honda vehicles (current and past) and very helpful in highlighting features in the business with this dealership. We came over 50 miles to this dealership because of their inventory. Our sales person was the best! Debbie Pierce is very informed and knows all about the cars. She patiently showed these 60 somethings how inventory. Our sales person was the best! Debbie Pierce is very informed and knows all about the cars. I had been looking at cars for awhile but didn't know what I really wanted. I was all over the place - brands, sizes, price etc.. I walked into the Honda showroom while waiting for an oil change on anoth what I really wanted. I was all over the place - brands, sizes, price etc.. I walked into the Honda showroom while waiting for an oil change on another car we have. I walked up to ask a few questions and Jim was right there. He took me to a table and he answered all my questions, brought things up on the computer and showed me different sites I should check into. He asked me if I wanted to test drive a few cars. We did and I gained an new perspective on what car I thought I wanted. After the test drive, we continued to talk and I asked him about one more car. Jim gave me his honest opinions on all the cars. I came back two days later, asked for Jim and asked him if he had time to take me on one more test drive. We went for one more test drive and patiently answered all my questions -again. I knew I had found my car! If Jim hadn't been so nice and patient, I might have walked away. He definitely made the whole process so smooth and easy. No pressure at all. That afternoon my husband and I came back and bought my car. I couldn't be happier and thànks to Jim and his patients I found the car I didn't even know I was looking for. I would highly recommend Jim and the Honda of Lisle. More
I wonder why the parts employees are not listed nor are the service techs that actually work on the vehicle, they deserve recognition for their commitment to Honda excellence, and I had some pricing confli the service techs that actually work on the vehicle, they deserve recognition for their commitment to Honda excellence, and I had some pricing conflicts when ordering oem honda internet remanufacted parts online thru their wholesale parts website, hondasuperstoreparts.com, and the price listed on the website would not be honored when I called them to confirm the TBD shipping cost. I felt uncomfortable giving my credit cart number online without a complete price, and when I called, they wanted $300 more than the online price and if it was a pricing error, why hasn't the website price been corrected, a month later? I had to pay more than the online price and I was at a disadvantage since I had to get my car fixed and their online price was not as competitive as it originally was, and it if is listed at below their cost, why hasn't the price been corrected and there is a R.I. Honda dealership who lists the same part online for LESS than the online Honda of Lisle price that is supposedly in error! This online internet pricing is very confusing, please explain, so that I won't be suprised when I have to order my timing belt package. More
