Terrible Experience and was lied to I bought a certified used Honda Accord and my experience was terrible. First I made an appointment to visit the dealership and when I arrived, they st I bought a certified used Honda Accord and my experience was terrible. First I made an appointment to visit the dealership and when I arrived, they started searching around on who is available to show me the vehicles I am interested in. Once I did the test drive and decided on a specific car, I had to go through hoops to ensure that they keep aside the car and not sell it to anyone. They were not even ready to take a deposit on the phone. The biggest shock came when I was taking possession of the car and I noticed 2 dings. This was supposed to be a CERTIFIED used car - how do they certify cars with physical damage? I dont know if this is a shortcoming of the Honda certification process or specific to this dealer. Either way it was very frustrating to deal with this. Finally when we were signing the agreement, the sales manager sold us an extra care package telling us that it is a premium coverage package. However when we got the paperwork from Honda, it was just a WRAP package not the premium package. This dealership is the worst I have ever dealt with, I have had Honda cars before and have been to other dealerships and this is the absolute worst I have seen. Every time I went there I ended up waiting for at least an hour. More

We do not like buying extended warranties for anything. I think that companies should stand behind their products and not ask customers to purchase insurance to cover potential defects on their own products. More
