In addition, I was looking to trade in my civic and was considering the pricing on the new vehicle and trade-in, as well. He got me additional info I asked for and, as much as I wanted to make a decision, I couldn't decide on which vehicle that day. Bob continually stayed in good communications with me. He was always courteous, professional and personable. He consistently offered his help and knowledge in answering any question I had to help me with this process. I decided on the CR-V and came back. Bob did a great job of explaining the details and was very patient and respectful in this process. I never felt rushed or pressured. In the CR-V, he again took his time to make sure I knew the functioning of it and made sure I was comfortable with the vehicle before I left. I appreciated his time and was thankful for his patience. He continued to follow-up on everything and I felt he really worked hard at making sure I was completely satisfied with this purchase.
