Overall the experience was great. Javier was very knowledgeable and he was very respectful. He responded professionally to our requests and answered all of our questions. The only negative thing I could say was that when they took the sticker off the vehicle there was an outline of paper and glue residue that stuck to the window. I had to use a razor blade and some windex to get it off, not a big deal really, but I just spent thousands of dollars to buy a car and you guys couldn't take care of that before it left?! If I had noticed I would have said something, but I didn't and I shouldn't of had to anyways. More

I must say that my initial experience with this dealership was not a positive one. HOWEVER I consider a business' reaction to a complaint and efforts to make a bad situation right to be an even gr dealership was not a positive one. The first salesman I encountered was rude to my mother, talked down to me, made me cut short my test drive, and was clearly not listening to my needs and my reactions to the cars I drove. I was ready to never return, but my mother convinced me to tell them about the bad experience and give them a chance to make it right, and I am glad I did. I received an apology from the sales manager Mark, and then I was paired with a different salesman, Josh, and he was delightful. He was friendly and not pushy. He answered all of our (many) questions, and went off to find out answers when he didn't know them. He bent over backwards to make us happy with zero pressure. I would absolutely recommend seeing Josh Malinski if you visit this dealership. I was impressed with the way that Mark and Josh both worked to turn a bad experience into a positive one, and I did in fact end up purchasing the car from Josh, and I love my new-to-me car! More

Scott Heger was absolutely great to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the Pilot we looked at. He was very helpful in finding us a quality used car.
