My customer service specialist, Mr. Ali answered all my questions thoroughly, incl ago and recently returned to purchase a used, certified Honda Fit. We found a car that we were interested in through Autotrader.com and had never been to the Lisle Honda store before (although we had looked at the same model at two other locations). We called and q Autotrader.com and had never been to the Lisle Honda store before (although we had looked at the same model at two other locations). We called and quickly and easily set up an appointment for us to come in later in the afternoon to look at the vehicle. We spoke with Darryl on the phone who greeted us and introduced us to Mike Harvey who ended up being our salesperson. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Beyond that, Mike did two things that helped ease us about the process: 1) at no time did he feel like a salesman. He wasn't "strong-arming" us into buying anything. He was fantastic at answering our questions and being there for anything we needed, but didn't go beyond that. That approach really made us feel comfortable, which I feel in the long run probably helped us settle on buying the car from Lisle. 2) He gave us time and opportunity to discuss our options without being constantly around. Other dealers/salesman we've been to were non-stop, "in your face". Mike even let us take all the time we wanted to look through the car while he was working on the appraisal of our trade in. We really appreciated that. Outside of Mike, everyone we came across seemed genuinely welcoming and friendly. Oh, and my wife loved the personal touches like the sign on the car and the bear. They really did a great job and definitely will be considered when I'm car shopping in the future. More
