I made a poor choice a year ago in going to a smaller 2 door 2012 civic a year ago. I thought I would be set for another 10 years, which is how long I had kept my previous Honda, but it did not work out that way. A few short months into my ownership of the new car I was becoming uncomfortable with my choice as the 2 door vehicle was simply just too small for me and difficult to get in and out of. I communicated my situation to Jennifer and she was honest with me indicating that I needed to wait and be patient . I followed her guidance and she remembered my plight. A year after I made the lease deal, she helped me get out of my 3 year contract and into a bigger, newer car for less than a dollar a month more than I was currently paying. No pressures, no haggling, no penalties, no stress . Having Jennifer take care of us makes it is such a pleasant experience in what often is something we often dread. I have been to dealerships where sales people followed me out to my car, almost begging me to consider their deal. I have also been held hostage in the showroom while sales people kept pitching phrases like "what's it going to take to make a deal with you today". Thank you for having sales people like Jennifer who embrace old fashion values. We are a Honda loyal family, and Jennifer just seals the deal for us. More

We really appreciated that. Jordan was friendly and knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and followed up to make sure we were happy. A pleasure to work with. Our whole experience was very low key and pleasant, which was very important to us. We already own a 2008 Civic Si that we are very happy with. In the past we have dealt with Bob, Mike, or Kristina whenever service was required. All three are very knowledgeable and personable. The good work of the service department is the main reason we went back to this dealership to find a second automobile.
