We are committed to providing high quality customer service for loyal and first time customers, but based on your DealerRater review, you did not share that experience. Your loyalty is important to us. In today’s competitive environment we price all cars with our lowest offer first. We believe all customers should get our best price first, every time! To apply further rebates and incentives you do have to finance with Honda. This is not a rule set by our dealer but by American Honda Motors Finance Co. Different sets of numbers were presented to you so you could see what the different out the door price would be if you traded in your car, if you financed, or if you paid cash. This was done to present clarity not confusion. During your visit you worked with one sales associate and two sales managers. We would not have expected you to purchase a car from us if you had an offer that was $1000 cheaper than ours. It is frustrating to us that any customer would feel that we had them “over a barrel”. We do apologize that you had to move the contents of your old car to your new car in the dark. This should not have happened and you should have been offered an alternative. My name is Daryl Woltman and I am the Customer Care Manager at Honda of Lisle.
