Scott Heger made buying a new Honda an incredibly enjoyable and easy experience for my wife and me. Scott listened to and understood my needs, and then, from the HUGE in stock inventory, he was able enjoyable and easy experience for my wife and me. It had to be “sporty”, black with black interior, moon roof, low mileage and within my budget. 3 visits and two test drives later, our decision was made – a sleek, black on black, 2012 Certified Honda CIVIC SI! Kevin, the used car sales manager actually offered me MORE than I had expected for my trade in! There was no big hassling, “games”, going back and forth or hidden fees. Vic, in finance, was well prepared and carefully explained the warranties, & made the paperwork quick and easy for us to fill out and to understand. The owning of a Lisle Honda did not end once we left the dealership – Scott continued to stay in touch as promised to make sure that we were pleased and offered for me to stop in anytime I had a question, a concern or just to visit. Recently, I stopped by to have another key made by Phil in the service department. When my car was returned, it had been washed and vacuumed! I will be taking advantage of their free, monthly, ongoing “new owners” workshop this coming Tuesday night. The dealership is happy, clean, spacious and welcoming. Each and every person that I encountered has treated me as a valued guest and not just a possible customer. Not only would I recommend the Honda Superstore of Lisle to my friends and family, - I already have and will continue to do so! More

Internet may give good prices but we value a good buying experience versus a price discount and we elected to do our business with Honda Superstore of Lisle. Mike deserves a round of applause for answering every question thoroughly, explaining numbers so this retired English teacher could understand, and drawing comparison charts for products/fees. These are admirable teaching and sales skills. I'm a longtime Honda of Lisle client and in my family of six children and their spouses, there are nine Honda owners. When I told Mike that I was giving my current car, a Civic, to my granddaughter for school, he made sure the car was cleaned and ready for the trip to Nashville for her surprise. I have always received courtesy and excellent service from the people in the service department, too. After my most recent sales experience, I will be back to Mike Mendoza for the next Honda. I am female so car buying can be intimidating. I did all my research, knew what my trade in should be worth and what the value of the car I was looking at should cost. I knew what to expect. Fortunately, another dealership didn't take me seriously so I ended up at Honda of Lisle. I wish I would have just went to Honda of Lisle in the first place!!! Not only was the price of the car I was looking for under the suggested retail according to Kelley Blue Book but they also gave me what I expected for my trade in and organized with a body shop to have a sunroof installed along with reducing the price a bit more to accommodate for this aftermarket modification. I thought this is all too good to be true but when they came back with the payment exactly where I calculated it to be all I had to say was "SOLD". My sales person, Heri Gayton, was fabulous and never once made me feel pressured or stupid. He was very friendly along with all the other staff members I met that night. I will never forget this experience, fair, no haggle, and no pressure. I will talk about this every time someone I know is in the market for a vehicle used or new. Such an awesome experience!!! I was very nervous about buying my next new car but I was immediately put at ease by the salesman who worked with me. He's also not pushy and was willing to work with me to figure out what I can buy. The dealership, Honda of Lisle, is also very laid back and the other employees were also very nice and helpful. My daughter walked around, climbed in and out of cars and SUV's and no one said anything or gave her an unfriendly look. Thanks again Sager for your patience and professionalism. More
Though relatively new to the business the salesman Brian Murphy did a great job for us.
