Mark was extremely helpful, we talked over the phone and I told him what we wanted in terms of price and the car and he was able to get the Pilot we wanted to Lisle the next day. She was friendly, patient and knowledgable about the car. We even forgot to take the CD's out of our old car and she mailed them to us the next day.
