Henrieta Mosher responded to my e-mail quickly, intelligently, and specifically. She answered every question and her answers remained unchanged when we visited the dealership later. Most dealerships advertise online, but force you in for pricing and financing. At Honda of Lisle, Kristen Lemke answered all my questions via online chat and phone and put me in touch with Shawn the new/used vehicle manager. He was more than helpful, emailed me the finance app and answered some more of my questions. Still through this process I was never pressured once to come in. After filling out the finance app online Shawn emailed me to schedule an appointment. Once I got there I was introduced to Tim Render who was unfortunately a Cardnials fan but never the less a very kind hearted man who was genuinely looking out for my best interests. The entire process was 2.5 hours. Not a minute was wasted. Kristen, Shawn, Tim and Vic multi-tasked the entire process and got me out of there. I left extremely satisfied and will be going back for my next car. I'm a Cubs fan myself... More
