I wasn't set on getting anything, but I ended up buying a new Honda Civic. The service was great, I got great trade in value, and I didn't feel the shady high pressure sales vibe that most car places give off. Debby was amazing and it was a pleasure dealing with her. She walked me through everything without overwhelming me. She even stayed a little after they closed to make sure I knew how to use the features of the car and to connect my phone via bluetooth! I work in high end sales and customer service, so I know when the experience was genuinely great, and this was! My entire family (parents, brothers, sisters, etc) own Honda cars and have purchased from this location. I'm new to the brand, but they've gained a lifelong customer! I finally know what all the fuss was about. :) More

At the end of the 2013 Honda FIT model run I was searching the Chicago area for a 5 speed and having no luck. No other dealers had a manual transmission FIT in stock, but the Honda Superstore of Lisle had three from which to chose! The test drive involved a long route that added curves, hills, and expressway driving rather than the usual " around the block" spin. It allowed me to put the car through its paces and get a true feel of its capabilites. The purchase experience was one of the best I have had in many decades of car ownership. I was treated with respect, patience, and courtesy. My questions regarding maintanance and repair were answered directly by one of the chief mechanics who took the time to show me how several proceedures are performed. Overall, it was a very positive experience. More

He shared everything he knew about the CRV, the car we ended up purchasing, which was a lot. We ended up getting a very fair price, even with the extended warranty included.
