The car hadn't gone through the certification process/detailed clean yet, but Jordan worked hard with his team to ensure it was done the next day and ready for us to pick up. We really appreciated that. Jordan was friendly and knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and followed up to make sure we were happy. A pleasure to work with. It also helps that they asked a fair price - basically the KBB value - so we didn't have to try and haggle. A much better way to do business! More

Our whole experience was very low key and pleasant, which was very important to us. We already own a 2008 Civic Si that we are very happy with. In the past we have dealt with Bob, Mike, or Kristina whenever service was required. All three are very knowledgeable and personable. The good work of the service department is the main reason we went back to this dealership to find a second automobile. Went to Honda of Lisle next day to look at cars with Jim Ferris. Test drove car, signed papers and were done. Super easy, painless day! Car is great, looks nice-still need to figure out all the technology! Jim was young and easy to work with. Went online to register the Civic as well. We leased the Civic as our second car-time to ditch the minivan!(which we loved) but girls are in h.s. now and this a perfect car for around town. Thanks for the great experience! More

Great Experience! We went to Honda of Lisle initially looking for a certified pre-owned vehicle for our 16 year old son. After looking around at a few pre-owned vehicl We went to Honda of Lisle initially looking for a certified pre-owned vehicle for our 16 year old son. After looking around at a few pre-owned vehicles, I asked our salesperson, Mike Harvey, about the price of new Civics. He informed us that they had a sale going on that day and that it might be worth our while to take a look at some of the new Civics and that they could work with us to possibly get the car into a price range that we could afford. In less than an hour, we had purchased a brand new 2014 Civic! Mike knew the price range we could afford and worked with us. This was one of the most pleasant experiences we've ever had buying a car! Everyone at Honda of Lisle was very professional and friendly. I really dislike buying cars, but after this experience, I will definitely go back to Mike Harvey when I am in need of buying another car! More
