Not at all the case with our salesperson John Campbell. We had shopped at another Honda dealership, and John was able to deliver a great price on the CRV that we wanted. We looked at many different colors and trim levels. John was patient, and answered all of our questions. We ever received great financing from Honda as well. We received a good price on our trade in as well. Going on a month now, and the CRV is a great choice. We often drive 3+ hours, the gas mileage is great and the seats are really comfortable. More

I spoke to the dealership via email and had already agreed on the price prior to walking in. I got a great deal on the lease, and there were no suprise charges the day I came in. My sales consultant was Sal Ortega - he's very kind and calm, he wasn't pushy like other car salesmen I've worked with. It took about 2 hours to test drive the vehicle, run a credit check, and sign all of the necessary paperwork. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend this dealership. More

Great Experience I had a very good experience buying a new car at Honda Lisle. I went in with a AARP certificate from a different dealer, told them they had a deal i I had a very good experience buying a new car at Honda Lisle. I went in with a AARP certificate from a different dealer, told them they had a deal if they could match the price, and they came back in 5 minutes and agreed to my offer. No haggling!!! Mike DalPino was my salesman. He treated us great. Explained the key features and history of the model we were looking at with patience. No pressure. Ask for Mike, he did right by me. More

Dealership Par Excellence I live out of state and bought my Honda CRZ on-line. The deal I got was so incredible I was able to fly myself and my spouse to Chicago, drive the ca I live out of state and bought my Honda CRZ on-line. The deal I got was so incredible I was able to fly myself and my spouse to Chicago, drive the car back home and still come in under budget. My local dealerships were not interested in helping me purchase the car I truly wanted. Honda of Lisle couldn't do enough for me, even tuning my cell phone to the Bluetooth hands free option on the car. I worked w/ 3 different employees but Mike Dalpino closed the sale w/ me and couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. After all the trouble I had locally, I couldn't believe it was so easy to purchase the car I really wanted, at an incredible price. Amazing! And, I LOVE my new Z!!! TVR More

I was treated like a VIP buying a used car. Jennifer really listened to what I wanted and found me car in my budget. Driving from Rockford, IL I was not sure what to expect. I am happy with my purchase this was the fastest car buy in my life. This my third Accord and the best experience in buying a car. Honda CRV 2011-SE - Buying experience I bought Honda CRV 2011-SE, certified from Honda Lisle , I had a very good experience in buying this car, Brian Murphy was my salesperson and he was v I bought Honda CRV 2011-SE, certified from Honda Lisle , I had a very good experience in buying this car, Brian Murphy was my salesperson and he was very much helpful during this deal, I appreciate customer experience because of this guy. The negotiation process was quick and there was some need of buffing/waxing and a little bit of touch-up paint and they done really nicely and on time too. I had a little bit problem with their finance team as they have not guided me properly but once I made them understand, things got sorted out. Overall car is very nice and i am enjoying so far and had very nice and friendly experience in dealing with. More

I was helped by Mr Ali, who was incredibly supportive throughout this process, and made sure to get me the best deal possible for my 2014 crv. He even came in on his day off to help me through the purchasing process, and remained professional and courteous while I figured things out.
