I found the car via Autotrader before it even got prepped for sale. Renee has sent pictures of the vehicle within a few hours and really helped describing the true condition of the vehicle. The sake went extremely well / Jeffrey Carr the sales manager even helped getting me another key fob for the vehicle. We were given as much time as we needed to loo We had an excellent experience with Honda Superstore of Lisle, specifically working with Debby Pierce. We were given as much time as we needed to look around and we were able to test as many cars as we wanted and as many times as we wanted. She never steered us toward any specific car or trim, instead had information about all of them ready to go. I felt no pressure throughout the entire experience. They were able to find the exact color I wanted and even gave me a loaner car for the two days it took to get everything finished. They presented additional protections and offers but always presented me the option to not get them and did not push me to do anything. More

Upgrade I have always been hesitant to go to car dealerships or car repairmen by myself as a woman. I am completely naive about cars and have gotten taken advantage by before. Debby Pierce put me right at ease. She didn't pressure me to buy a car, she told me straight outright the process, no haggling. Debby got me estimates on all the possible models and have me info on the different features. She followed me home in my new car just so I didn't have to leave my old car at the shop. She went above and beyond a sales associate's typical job. I love my new car and can't praise the pressure free environment of Honda of Lisle. More

Henrieta and Kristen were super-quick with email respo Our experience with Honda Superstore of Lisle and those we worked with was a very positive one. Henrieta and Kristen were super-quick with email responses and answered all my questions. We came into the dealership twice--once just to look, and a week later to buy. We worked with Tim Render, and he provided us a smooth, supportive journey to our new 2015 Honda Accord. We really put him through his paces, too--we test drove three cars, and when it came time to pick the one to buy, he walked us across the street, through the cold wind, so we could see each choice and select what we wanted. We had a lot of questions, and he did his best to answer (or find the answer for) each one. Tim never put any pressure on us or tried to goad us into the myriad add-ons salespeople always try to get you to buy into. Our negotiation over the price of the car was relatively quick, and we walked away very happy with our experience. Tim has already called to follow up on our purchase and to remind us of Honda's new owner seminars. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Honda Superstore of Lisle and Tim Render. More
