He moved me through the sales personally. I never felt rushed. He took his time with me to learn about all the bells ad whistles ad get the phone and radio set up. He even offered to help me in the future if I had any questions. I was then directed to the finance department that helped me with warranties etc. All in all, it was an excellent experience and I am very happy with my new Honda. The waiting area is comfortable with a good variety of amenities, and the service staff explain everything and service time has always been acceptable (consider though that this is service on a new car).
