The next vehicle was the Ridgeline for my husband, Again, Debby delivered. The third time we were looking for a pre-owned Accord again and she was able to find us one within our budget, even going to another associated dealership to find it for us. Shortly after we purchased the Accord, it was involved in an accident, totaled. By now we have Debby on speed-dial and again, she delivered by finding us another Accord in short order. First Time Car Buyer We had visited another local dealership for our first time out looking, but had contacted other dealerships as well. When we visited the first dealership, we explained that this was our first time looking, yet they became pushy and sales-driven (which I understand...to an extent). It began raining and they insisted on keeping us inside the dealership even when we were ready to leave. I didn't want to go back. We received nothing but helpful and pleasant responses from Honda of Lisle. That's why we ultimately chose to visit when we were ready to purchase, even though it was about 20 miles away from our home. We walked in, were greeted and told the names of those who had contacted us. Neither were in that day, so Tim helped us out. He was patient, kind, funny and extremely helpful. I am so happy that we chose to buy from this dealership and more specifically Tim. No one was pushy (which I am very against), they showed us what we wanted to see, let us test-drive and were just overall very helpful and willing to go above and beyond. Even the pricing portion went well! I am so impressed by the positive attitudes and willingness everyone showed us during our visit.
