I do have to say there were minor imperfections on my new vehicle that should have been seen by the staff. Either way, they guaranteed to make them right. Personally, I have to say thank you to Heri for taking the time to have me on the road so quickly. When it came down to working out the numbers with the Business Manager (Brad Mitchell) I was almost positive this would be where we would see the corporate side of Honda. To my surprise, I felt as if he was trying to find the best deal possible for us and in no way pushing me into a deal I did not like. Brandon took the time to understand what my interests were. I even ended walking away with a bumper to bumper warranty. As a closer Honda of Lisle.. never change I expect to come back a few years down the road in for my next car.
