I'm the type of shopper that exhaustively researches and compares all aspects of a product… (especially with me being a “car guy”). I went in knowing exactly what I wanted (down to the specific VIN#) and how much I wanted to pay. Scott made it quick and easy. His concern for me even after the sale was above and beyond my expectations. An observation that I must mention: The crew at the Honda Superstore were like a happy family welcoming a new family member. Coming from a North shore suburb of Chicago, I could have chosen any Honda dealer in between but instead chose to go to the Honda Superstore of Lisle and have never once regretted the decision. Highly recommended!!! More

Poor service after purchasing a car. I purchased a car from OJ, at first everything went well. We had an agreement that the mirror would be fixed. After purchasing the car they had "forgotten" about my mirror. Then there was issues with attempting to get a loaner car while the car would be fixed. Until we spoke with the sales manager OJ, wasn't budging that I could have a loaner car. He wanted me to sit up there from 9am to almost 5 pm to eat to get the mirror replaced. Luckily the sales manager got me a loaner car. Then there were issues with my car where they scratched the paint on the mirror & so it wouldn't be ready for same day pick up. So I go to pick it up two days later & there are still scratches on my mirror. I waited about a half hour for them to buff the scratches out, and told the sales manager how disappointing this whole process has been. That Orlando Johnson has been extremely rude and short with me. I told him I wouldn't recommend this and he basically said okay, he can't account for his sales associates actions when he's the manager! My family & friends were considering going here to buy a car, but we will not be returning! They are extremely rude! More

One dealership was really pushy and tried to make me sign the same day I did a test drive and was just looking. At Lisle I did not feel pressured, and they explained a lot of things the other guys didn't. They also don't tell you until you are ready to sign that they will give free car washes, a nice little perk they don't advertise. Heri was wonderful! He was very low key, let the car sell itself and I felt very comfortable with him, (and I really don't like salesmen in general.) I ended up trusting Heri and would highly recommend him to friends and family without reservation. Also I got a killer deal! More
