Orlando Johnson was very friendly and helpful to my wife and I and exceeded our vehicle needs. I do feel though the financing department could have helped us better. We were looking for a 5 year loan and were told the best they could do was a 4 year loan at 6.4 percent. Our bank offered a 5 year loan at 5.3 percent. Not that big of a difference, but money is still money to any growing family like mine. And, also, our $1000 down payment was not factored in when they were searching for a loan for us. Again, not that much, but money is very important to any family these days. More

We walked in knowing exactaly We had a great experience not only with Heri but with the entire dealership during the purchase of our new honda Pilot. We walked in knowing exactaly what we wanted and Heri helped us get it. The pilot we ended up purchasing was right off the truck from the plant and while we did not purchase it during our initial visit as it was still at the remote lot and had to be detailed, Heri took the time to go through all the prelimnary paperwork to speed up the process for our second visit when we did take posession of the car. The dealership was busy both days and while Heri was working with another customer at the same time, we never felt neglected or that we did not have all the attention we needed to make a confident buying decision. The dealership was clean and very friendly, lots of complimentary coffee to keep us going. Shawn went through all the financial paperwork and options we had while we completed our purchase. The digital desktop was a great and easy way to review documents and sign digitally. Finally, before we left, Heri took his time and reviewed all the new digital controls and features our new car offered. We felt very confident in our ability to navigate all the bells and whistles our Pilot has. We will definitely be back again a when the time comes to purchase another new car. More
