We went over all the components of the car and everything it had to offer. Once we were done I knew this was the car I wanted. I did lease a 2018 CRV EXL and I am so happy I did. Our lease finance was smooth, there was some negotiating on our trade in, and that was smooth, as well. We were greeted with a smile from the front receptionist when we walked in. She even got me a bottle of water while we were waiting. Not once did I ever feel as though Scott, our salesman, or Brad, the finance person were only speaking to my husband. They both had a clear understanding this was my car and were very good about speaking to both of us. The entire experience has made me feel very good about my decision. I would send anyone I know to this dealership without hesitation. More

Heri Gaytan is a great listener, very accommodative and was willing to drive to another dealership for 1.5 hours to get the car we wanted, which was not needed at the end as a new delivery of the cars included the car we wanted. Doesn't stand behind batteries. 100 month sticker on the battery is a joke, mine died after 4.3 years and Honda Lisle wouldn't warranty it because I didn't have a receipt from 4 year 100 month sticker on the battery is a joke, mine died after 4.3 years and Honda Lisle wouldn't warranty it because I didn't have a receipt from 4 years ago. If it's a Honda made battery it shouldn't matter where I got it and any Honda dealer should honor it. I get better service and hospitality with my Toyota dealer. More
