Place is busy, but well run. I brought my new Ridgeline in to have roof racks installed. My salesman Bob Woods was very prompt responding to emails to set up the appointment. Lots of emails, since I had to cancel a couple times. But he always responded quickly. They gave me a loaner, an identical Ridgeline. I drove around a bit and came back to the dealer. As I was sitting in one of their comfy loungers, Rick Sorenson came up and told me it was ready. And off I went. Every dealer should be this together. More

A good buying experience Bill Reiman was my salesman. Although the car leasing process is not super fun, he was always happy to see me or hear from me. We had a paperwork fiasco with UPS and although it was out of his control, he actually called the supervisor and found out exactly where it was hiding. I appreciated his effort to go above and beyond because this was a very very frustrating few days (almost a week). He even came and picked me up because I did not have a ride to the dealership to pick my car once it was ready. All in all, I would recommend Bill to anyone looking to purchase or lease a Honda. He was great and always tried his best to take care of me as a customer. More
