took 6 hours to get a inspection and brake clean DONE ! At this time, I had very bad experience at this time for the service in HONDA of LISLE. here is the incident: 2018-03-27: 2:10 pm: I arrived At this time, I had very bad experience at this time for the service in HONDA of LISLE. here is the incident: 2018-03-27: 2:10 pm: I arrived the store for my booked appointment 4:05 pm: Inspection is done and we agreed to do the brake alignment only > ( Agent was busy with someone else and other agent talked to me - this brake alignment and clean will be done quickly) > I saw my car is already hang up in the work-shop ~5:00 pm: the Job is not done yet and I needed to go back my office. > I saw my car is stillhang up in the work-shop ~7:00 pm: agent called me the job is not done and I requested to come back to the HONDA LISLE ~7:40 pm: I was picked up and get back to HONDA LISLE > I saw my car is already hang up in the work-shop ~8:30 pm: the job was job and I paid ----------------------------------------------------------------- This is totally unacceptable and no explanation why it is taking so long. Please don't think I don't know anything even I did not escalate. from my observation, Agent was busy with other customer and forgot my case totally ! I had been very patient enough through the whole incident and still waiting for an explanation. I had better suggestion on your service improvement if you would like to call me. More

I had been in the market for a CVR Touring AWD in Diamond White. I had done my research on numerous websites and had been in contact with a variety of dealers. Most wanted my business despite the fact they didn't even have the color I wanted in stock. I was being presented with pricing on stuff they wanted to move that I did NOT want. Honda of Lisle did have what I wanted in stock. I dealt with Brian on the purchase. He was informative, easy to talk to and also helpful with every detail. He had the specific car I wanted ready to view before I even arrived. The pricing was very fair in my opinion after all of the research that I had done. The time spent in the finance office with Brad was also quick and painless. New digital technology as opposed to old slow paperwork sped things along. I hope anyone in the market for a new car considers Honda of Lisle as I found it to be the easiest car buying experience I have had. More

‘B’ type servicing for my 2015 Honda Fit On a whim, I decided to drive over to Honda of Lisle to see if I could get the ‘B’ servicing due my 2015 Honda Fit. I was promptly greeted (by more On a whim, I decided to drive over to Honda of Lisle to see if I could get the ‘B’ servicing due my 2015 Honda Fit. I was promptly greeted (by more than 1 person) and Austin Polcyn was my service advisor. He was courteous and efficient. I asked how long the wait would be and he actually went to the service department and asked that information. The wait was to be 1.5-2 hrs. The lounge actually has 2 waiting areas with reclining seats and TVs. In addition, they’ve put in pretty decent coffee machines which offer latte to regular coffee. The wait was probably less than 1.5 hrs when Austin came to tell me that one of my tires had a nail in it (asking if I wanted to add that repair). I said ‘yes’ and decided to wait the additional ‘20-30 minutes’ that it would take to plug the tire. Unfortunately it took longer but it wasn’t because of Austin - he was running around taking care of numerous customers so my guess is the car was finished but he just didn’t have time to get it lined up and ready to go. After I left honda and headed home, I had driven about 3-4 mile (maybe 5 minutes) when my ‘low tire pressure’ light came on. I pulled into a station, checked the air and the air was a few lbs low on the back tires AND I’d noticed a ‘cut’ sort of tear on the R rear tire. I went right back to Honda. Austin got the car in and up on the rack right away - it ends up that the tires were NOT leaking and the ‘cut’ mark was not dangerous to drive on. They added the few lbs of extra air needed into the rear tires, re-set the ‘low tire pressure’ light and made note in the car’s file that they’d check the ‘cut’ mark on the tire every time it was in for oil change. We have 2 cars and both are Hondas. Our 1st 1998 CR-V lasted to nearly 300k and was 17 years old - completely reliable. Our 2nd CR-V is turning 120k and is on task to last at least 300k. These are GREAT cars. If you do regular oil change and maintenance the cars will last a very long time. They are a great car to buy and we won’t buy any other kind of car. We have used Honda of Lisle for our purchases and maintenance/repairs since 2004. They also have a GREAT detailing department. I highly recommend trying that - you’ll feel like you’ve got a new car when they’re done with the detailing job! We appreciate the great work they do. Thanks - More
