Honda Lisle We purchased our vehicle starting with a car purchasing service through USAA. The Honda "E" price agents (Mary Murphy, Jada Ward) were terrific. The We purchased our vehicle starting with a car purchasing service through USAA. The Honda "E" price agents (Mary Murphy, Jada Ward) were terrific. They answered numerous email questions I had regarding a vehicle we were seeking -- the Pilot. We went in to test drive same. Mike Zenzian, the Honda representative, gave us further information regarding the Pilot and answered our questions in an honest, straight-forward manner. Mike did not exhibit any sales pressure towards us, the experience was stress free. Kabir Sheikh (former Army) and Bob Mitchell (former Marine) also answered our questions in a professional manner regarding the purchasing process and financing. We purchased a Pilot EX and Mike spent a lot time setting the blue tooth and other systems for my wife. All in all, this was a pleasant car buying experience. More
