Arrived to buy a Civic, got a deal on an Accord My experience at the store was great. I was originally there just to look as this is a preferred USAA dealership. After looking at Civics and a HRV My experience at the store was great. I was originally there just to look as this is a preferred USAA dealership. After looking at Civics and a HRV, my sales person showed me pre-owned 2017 Accord Sport with 2500 miles. I ended up basically a new Accord for very little more than the Civic with a better than new Honda factory warranty. Brian my sales person, and the finance staff, have been awesome, following up with me on some post sales items and actually lowering my purchase price some more. Very happy with Honda of Lisle. More

Right vehicle, Acceptable price. Efficient to work with. I contacted Honda of Lisle via their web site, and Mary Murphy provided me with a quote that brought me into the dealership. While there, I worked with Brian Jack who provided exactly what I was looking for and was very helpful. I was in and out in under 2 hours. Both Mary and Jack were excellent to work with. One thing to note: This dealership requires customers to sign a Binding Arbitration Agreement. These are never good for the consumer: You give up all your legal rights to redress in the event of a dispute. Instead you agree to use an arbitrator selected by the dealer, and as an added bonus, you get to pay for the arbitrator, too. What's not to like? I would have walked out, except the price was reasonable, and I have never had any trouble with a Honda, so I figured the actual risk of signing this was very low. (It was a cash purchase of a new car, so not a lot can go wrong.) But I object on principle. These things should not be legal. I purchased my last Honda at Valley Honda in Aurora (in 2016) and they also asked me to sign one of these. I refused, and we made the sale anyway. Honda of Lisle would not sell until I signed. If not for that, I"d have given Honda of Lisle 5 stars. More
