Friendly and easy to work with I researched my car online prior to visiting the dealer. I called ahead and set up a test drive. They were expecting me when I got there and had an agent who already knew my name and why I was there. To me this makes a big difference. Nothing worse than settling something up in advance, only to find out when you arrive, that nobody knows you or why you are there. Dan took me right to the car I had selected and we did a test drive. The car was perfect for me, and again from doing homework ahead of time, I knew I was getting a good price. So important to be armed with as much info as possible BEFORE you even walk in the door. Finance agent was friendly and purchase process was made easy. All in all I think I spent about an hour and a half there from the time I walked in the door to the time I drove off with my new car. I had visited a dealer the week before with quite the opposite experience, so it was really nice to deal with friendly courteous service folks. More
