He took the time to show us all the details concerning the technology built into the vehicle including the semi-autonomous driving. The actual experience amazed us. We were just getting out of our car when O.J. approached and asked if he could help us. We were impressed that we didn't have to search or wait for someone to help us. We told him what we wanted and he took us right to the vehicle & answered all of our questions. We were back in the dealership completing paperwork in no time flat. We ended up buying 2 vehicles instead of 1 - and they were cleaned up so nicely they appeared to be brand new. We definitely recommend this dealership and O.J. to anyone looking for a Honda - very pleasant experience. More

After a long day at work, the last thing I wanted and needed was added pressure and stress of haggling over a car purchase. My salesman, Bill Rieman, made all the difference. He was knowledgeable, very personable and patient throughout the process. I never felt that I was being rushed into making a decision. At the end of the evening, I drove away in a brand new car! The only disappointment was that I was not asked if I wanted to transfer my personalized plates. It didn't occur to me until we were transferring items from my old car to the new one. But, I did ask for them and was allowed to take them with me. Not the worse thing in the world, but, it would have been nice to be able to continue to use them. More

Buying a new car I hadn't purchased a car in 14 years and I dreaded going through the haggling, time, and pressure from the many staff members that I had experienced i I hadn't purchased a car in 14 years and I dreaded going through the haggling, time, and pressure from the many staff members that I had experienced in the past. But my experience at Honda of Lisle was totally different. I called ahead and said that I wanted to test drive 2 specific cars and I would be there in an hour. Our salesman, Brian Murphy, met us at the door and I had a chance to drive each car. We talked only with him that evening and Kabir from Management came over to gently encourage us to come back. We returned the next morning. It was the smoothest car buying experience ever. Brian was a knowledgeable, patient, and very personable. The only other person we dealt with was Brad Mitchell in Finance. There was no pressure at all. Time spent at the dealership was time well spent. Brian made us feel very confident and comfortable throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Honda of Lisle and Brian Murphy if you are interested in a Honda. More
