Each person we met was easy to connect with and helpful. We met 2 Sales Managers and 2 Salesmen over the 2 visits to the Honda of LIsle dealership. For car to be brought to test drive, only to find out that car was already pre-sold. Had to wait for another car to be brought out that was available to purchase, paperwork was a slow process before we met with finance guy (shawn). Shawn was pleasant and informative. Overall, people were nice just dont know why the long wait in between everything. I dont know if this was Michaels fault or not, may have been reasons for the slowness beyond his control. Ill rate him a 5 because he was pleasant and informative to deal with, but give overall experience a 4 because of the long wait.... reason unknown. More

Shawn was the most pleasant and honest finance guy I have ever sat across from at a dealership. Neither Tony or Shawn made me feel like I was "getting sold", and neither pushed me into making a decision that I did not want to. Both gave me all my options, were fair, and extremely responsive. I am really happy to be a Honda of Lisle client now, and am happy to have worked with Shawn and Tony. More

We we're mislead by our sales representative,he didn't acknowledge our communication to him that was sent by text. Gave answers to our questions that were obviously fabricated. He spent a great deal of time promoting his excellent service that he delivers, looking to receive an exceptional review by us. We are very disappointed and dissatisfied with service we received. We reported our concerns and dissatisfaction with his manager three weeks ago and we are still waiting on feedback from him. Again another indication that we as their customer of a very expensive vehicle doesn't matter to them. They made a sale, received the money and show no regards towards us. !!! Very unprofessional! I turned in a 2016 Accord Sport and leased a 2018 Accord Sport and my wife purchased a used SUV from the lot. Mike answered all of our questions from start to finish. He was personable, professional and very thorough. The same can be said for Bob Mitchell in Finance. Mary Murphy was very helpful and timely in getting me started by answering some of my basic questions about my lease and setting up our appointment at the dealership. More
