When I contacted Honda of Lisle, I got none of that. They were very fair and transparent about what their best offer of price was, never pressured any upsells to me, and were very kind to my whole family to deal with. I went to this dealer because they offered the best price in the suburbs, but was surprised by what a pleasant experience it was the deal with them. More

Very Patient My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle. While we were at the dealership we told Tina Misic our situation that originally liked the Honda A My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle. While we were at the dealership we told Tina Misic our situation that originally liked the Honda Accord, but then decided on the CRV. She said that we should drive test drive them both. That opened up a whole new can of worms because now the wife could not decide on which one she wanted. The dealership was busy, it was a Saturday, Tina was very understanding and patient. Much more patient than I. I was starting to get embarrassed at how long it took the wife to make up her decision. In the end we decided on the Accord, and after the sales was final Tina came out and showed us all the features on the car before we left. Did not feel the same pressure from previous car dealers to push the sale. I left this dealer feeling good about the experience I just had. This is a first for me. I wish all car dealers where like this one. More

Purchased 2018 Honda Pilot @ Lisle Honda It's been a few months since I purchased a 2018 Honda Pilot. The experience with the senior sales staff was not great. Without going into great deta It's been a few months since I purchased a 2018 Honda Pilot. The experience with the senior sales staff was not great. Without going into great detail we agreed on a price one day, then left and when I came back to finalize 2 days later they attempted several tactics that would raise the agreed upon price. The only way they could offer the previously agreed upon price was if I financed with Honda (which I clearly stated I would not do originally when we arrived at mutually agreed price). They did find a way to finance in a way that wouldn't raise my OTD price, but it was painful to get there. Once we agreed on price (for the 2nd time) and I visited finance office, they threw more fees at me that weren't a lot, but never mentioned before (and we itemized everything before). I had been there several hours at this point so I didn't walk away but again why bring it up at the end. One last thing that bothered me was at the end when I walked outside to view the Pilot I found they put my old plates on when it was clearly stated before that I wanted new plates. The transparency throughout the sales process was poor. There were pleasant people that I dealt with (Michelle Mamprisio), I got the price I was ultimately seeking, and we are enjoying the Pilot quite a bit, but I just wish the sales process wasn't so painful.
