Just the right amount of finding out what was important to me, then showing me the cars that had those features. In over a decade of having my previous car serviced here, I have 0 complaints. I've always been treated fairly. The quality of the work was never an issue. They were open about how long it would take and helped make transportation arrangements when necessary. More

Extremely competent sales person and efficient process Overall, extremely satisfied with our purchasing experience. Our previous car was frequently serviced at this dealer so I had high expectations going Overall, extremely satisfied with our purchasing experience. Our previous car was frequently serviced at this dealer so I had high expectations going in. From start to finish (including a test drive), the process took about 2.5 hours which was in line with what I expected. I previously communicated with their internet sales department who was responsive and even met an offer I had received from a different dealer. When I informed them of the time I would arrive, they had my preferred vehicle waiting for me. Brian Jack, my sales person, was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and readily answered all of my questions. At no point did I feel pressured in any way to transact and his calm demeanor was reassuring through out the process. Financing was quick as well. One recommendation for the dealer owner - move to paperless. The fact that I digitally signed almost every document and yet, you still sent me out of the dealer with a stack of paper is absurd. I'd prefer to keep digital copies of the records, just like you. Pay the extra money for the convenience. More
Why did it take so long? Pulled into the service center yesterday about 9 a.m for 2 new tires and I was the only one there. Arthur took care of me immediately. Within 1/2 hour Arthur told me I needed a four wheel alignment and a new battery besides the tires. I agreed to all. Then the waiting began. I heard nothing. I left the dealership about 11:45 after Arthur had washed my car. Nobody else could wash the car?? Why was I there for almost 3 hours? I trust this dealership and it's service department. This is the 3rd Honda we've bought from them and will probably buy the next Honda there. Granted, I don't know much about the length of time it should take for repairs, but this seemed excessive. Other than this time I've been extremely happy with the service department. By the way, Arthur is a real gentleman. More
Took way too long Went in at 1 and got out at 4:30. Had a passenger airbag recall that was supposed to be done by 3. The paper said it would take 45 minutes. Then they Went in at 1 and got out at 4:30. Had a passenger airbag recall that was supposed to be done by 3. The paper said it would take 45 minutes. Then they inspected the car and found my brakes had to be repaired. I'm glad they found the problem, but I wasn't expecting to spend one of my days off sitting around waiting for my car to be worked on. More
