He knew more about the features of the different cars than any of the people at the 4 other dealerships I visited and accommodated my busy schedule. The day I finally purchased, I was in and out 3 times as I had appointments in different parts of the area. Brian even came back from home in the evening to finish my hectic day with a new car!
