I bought an electrical limon I bought a 2014 honda accord LX in 2014, since that day I've had nothing but electrical problems with it. I bought the extended warranty because they I bought a 2014 honda accord LX in 2014, since that day I've had nothing but electrical problems with it. I bought the extended warranty because they said "it will cover the electrical problems" now it's a gamble wheather or not they will be covered. On Saturday (6/8) I brought my car in for its 8am app. At 10:30 they said it was getting test done...I could see it sitting in the parking lot. They said it was my dash cluster and it would be $800, but I was leaving with a no longer flickering dash but a completely blacked out dash...so after arguing with them, all of a sudden the part was covered by warranty...but not until 2 days later. I got ripped off not only on the car but also the warranty. I will never buy another car from them nor will I take it back there to be serviced. First the charging system and alternator went out, they fixed it and charged the warranty company then recalled it. They fixed it they said but I'm still replacing my battery almost every 6mo The radio broke Then the safety system went out so I didn't have airbags, they said it wouldn't be covered...but the safety system has a warranty of it's own. The starter motor went out on it. And now the dash cluster all in 3 years. I'm so disappointed. More

This week experience asbestos wonderful! The experience we received and the one we thought we were going to have were 2 completely different. We were very intimidated by the thought of going to buy a car. But, as we first walked in we were greeted with nothing but smiles and frendliness. We got assigned with John Campbell and he was wonderful! Right from the getgo he answered any questions and with honesty and friendliness. He softened the mood with stories and laughs. Overall, not only did John sell us on the 2018 Honda HR-V, but he made the car buying experience one to remember. Also, we worked with Shawn in finance. He was another exeplorary Honda member and we are so thankful for his honesty and friendliness. Also , Mary in customer care was also wonderful in helping us ensure we had an appointment and ensure we knew what to expect as walking in. Overall, Honda in lisle was absolutely wonderful and in a few years when we are ready for another one of our family cars to be upgraded we will definitely return! More
