We we're mislead by our sales representative,he didn't acknowledge our communication to him that was sent by text. Gave answers to our questions that were obviously fabricated. He spent a great deal of time promoting his excellent service that he delivers, looking to receive an exceptional review by us. We are very disappointed and dissatisfied with service we received. We reported our concerns and dissatisfaction with his manager three weeks ago and we are still waiting on feedback from him. Again another indication that we as their customer of a very expensive vehicle doesn't matter to them. They made a sale, received the money and show no regards towards us. !!! Very unprofessional! Mary Murphy was very helpful and timely in getting me started by answering some of my basic questions about my lease and setting up our appointment at the dealership. More
