Too much time wasted waiting for the car and color we wanted to see to be retrieved from Salesman was good to deal with and the people were pleasant. Negotiated a price but the finance mgr was not told the price or was told the wrong price so more time wasted while he corrected the paperwork. When we returned to retrieve something from the car traded in we had to go to another lot where the car was ourselves as no one was available to help us or it wasn't their job. More
