I subscribed to Consumer Reports and narrowed it down to a Toyota or Honda as reliability is extremely important to me. When viewing the Camry and Accord, I narrowed it down to the Honda Accord. I visited Honda of Lisle, the sales representative had already pulled the car and within seconds I was test driving. I fell in love with the luxury features. The process was easy and fast. Debby Pierce and Honda of Lisle made this experience extremely enjoyable and the final cost of sale was competitive. More

Bill was very knowledgeable and accommodating, allowed for a good amount of time for me to get the feel of the car, test out acceleration, parking, all those practical things that you don't always automatically get in a test drive. I was in between two vehicles and he suggested taking the other model I was considering out to compare the two, which really helped seal the deal. Financing and pricing were easy, though I did come in at the end of the month when many deals were being finalized, so it took longer than I'd preferred, but overall it was a great experience. More

Scott Heger helped me pinpoint my final choice. His help was beyond phenomenal. He knew what he was talking about. He was straight to the point, and I would not have walked out with my new Honda without him. Shawn Kiannejad helped me with all the finances. He provided plenty of options to choose from. He walked me through various warranties. He explained the pros/cons of each option and truly helped me feel secure with my car. More

Why offer something if you are not going to do it We were educated consumers when were were looking for a car. We knew exactly what we wanted and how much it should cost. So when we saw the CRV we pur We were educated consumers when were were looking for a car. We knew exactly what we wanted and how much it should cost. So when we saw the CRV we purchased online we reached out to the dealer immediately. Mary Murphy promptly contacted me inviting us to come see the car. We were out any ways so we decided to swing by, we got a message as we pulled into the lot that the car was in service and not available to be seen. We decided to stop in anyway since we were there to see what we could learn about the car and met Tina. Tina shared the car was just taken in as a trade in and would not be ready for a couple days. She took our name and number and let us know when it would be ready. The next day Tina called us and we made plans to come see the car. We saw the car and were interested so we began the negotiation process. After we pointed out a few issues Tina came back with a slightly better price. We made an offer as to what we were willing to pay for the car and Tina came back again with a slightly lower number. We held firm to what we were willing to spend. Tina got her manager, Mike, to help with the negotiations, when we continued to hold firm to what we were willing to spend Mike stood up and started yelling at us that there was no warranty. We were a little taken back did we had a deal or not, Tina jumped up and congratulated us on our new to us car purchase. As we were writing up the paperwork Tina shared with us we could not take the car home that day because we had to wait for new tires. My husband explained he would like to bring the car back as he wanted to do an alignment before the new tires were on. Tina offered to do the alignment for us, which surprised us because the manager already seemed angry about giving the car to us at our desired price. Eventually we agreed to leave the car at the dealership until the tires could be replaced and they would do the alignment. When Tina called to tell me the car was ready I asked for a copy of the alignment report she told me she would ask her manger. When we got there to pick up the car again we asked for the alignment report and she could not produce it. We question if the alignment was even done. More

Welcoming, Informative and Stress Free JP was courteous, patient and respectful. My interest was the CRV but undecided between the EX-L and the Touring. I would have anticipated a salesm JP was courteous, patient and respectful. My interest was the CRV but undecided between the EX-L and the Touring. I would have anticipated a salesman to encourage me - okay push me - toward the more expensive. That was not the case with JP. He took the time to show and explain the numerous safety features of the CRV and to point out the small handful of additional cosmetic features of the Touring model. He looked me in the eye and asked "why do you need those extra things?" I'm a touch and feel shopper; after a couple of hours of questions and answers, driving through all of the vehicle lots to view my choices and of bouncing back and forth on model and color, I made my purchase decision. JP was truly courteous, patient and respectful throughout the process, despite the fact that he was being pulled in all directions with other customer questions and inquiries. JP's team jumped in to help when the time was right. My leased vehicle was returned with ease and the financing process was a breeze. I purchased the CRV Touring it's the look, the comfort and the luxury I was seeking! More
