Best new car purchase ever! We contacted Mary Murphy via email to discuss our interest in purchasing a new Honda CR-V with e-pricing. She informed us that the dealership had the color and model we were interested in. We came in near closing time to test drive a Honda CR-V touring model on Monday August 27th. Kabir Sheikh allowed us to take a test drive. After the test drive we were ready to leave as it was near closing. As we were leaving we met John Pullen who asked if he could help us. We discussed our interest in a new purchase and he promptly and confidently said “Let’s make this happen!” Even though it was near closing time for the dealership John expedited the appraisal of our trade-in vehicle and Mike Dalpino assisted with the pricing negotiation of both the trade-in and new vehicle. We came back the next morning to finalize the purchase with John and Brad Mitchell (the want-to-be Bears fan!) Both gentleman made the purchase easy and streamlined. The service department personnel was very helpful and efficient with the final detailing of the new Honda. John then thoroughly explained all of the many features the Honda CR-V has both inside and out. We would like to thank John for his EXCELLENT customer service which exceeded all of our expectations.
