I met with Rob Elwin from Honda of Lisle, knowing ahead of time that it would most likely be a lot less expensive to buy an Odyssey through the modification company, but I was still curious about Honda of Lisle, as we've been loyal customers for about 10 years. Rob gave me their lowest price possible, but was very honest saying they probably could not beat the modifier's price (since they buy straight from the manufacturer). I truly appreciated his honesty. However, we got the quote from the modifying company, and it was $4,000 MORE than Rob's quote. I didn't hesitate for a second, and bought the Odyssey from Honda of Lisle the next day. The process was smooth and easy, and we are thrilled with our new car (Rob gave me a very thorough tour of the features and functions). We are so happy to have been able to give Honda of Lisle the business, as they are a phenomenal dealership. More

Took way too long. We were to meet with our salesperson at 3:00 PM on Friday afternoon, he was late. My expectations were that our car would be ready when I got there. Although we did ask for an appraisal on a potential trade in. I would say that should take a half hour. We had texted prior to Friday about our meeting. So there should have been ample time for car prep. We paid cash and spent ten minutes with the finance guy and 5 minutes of that was on him trying to sell us additional coverage. We sat alone alot and total start to finish was 2 hours and 15 minutes at the dealership. I really like my vehicle but still am stuck on some negative overtones. Regard, Ralph & Cheryl Jones ..... My third tiime here, first for a new (2019) car. While I was examining the available new Honda options, I got exceptional assistance on the features of the cars I found most appealing. Ultimately I c While I was examining the available new Honda options, I got exceptional assistance on the features of the cars I found most appealing. Ultimately I chose an EX-trim Intrepid. Ryan Powels gave me the Users Guide to read overnight before taking the car, and then demonstrated the car's features to the point that I have been able to use all the new technology.from the point I took the car home. The Intrepid is amazing! It is a pleasure to drive, and my gas mileage has consistently been at least in the high 50's mpg. On my latest trip, it was well over 60. So despite having a 10.6 gal. fuel tank, I anticipate having to refill about half as often as before. I would have been happy with the quoted low 50's specification. I have the headlights on Auto mode; they came on as it got dark, and switched back and forth from high beams depending on the presence of other cars in front (coming and going). When it rained and I turned on the wipers, the lights followed shortly after, and shut off when I stopped the wipers. Just as advertised. More
