Sold me a Certified Honda with issues I had a new sales person sell me a 2015 Certified HRV with tire pressure ongoing issues!!The vehicle was twice in the service immediately after I sign I had a new sales person sell me a 2015 Certified HRV with tire pressure ongoing issues!!The vehicle was twice in the service immediately after I signed the contract and still not repaired.Second time was scratched on the side and covered up,no one mentioned the incident, moreover blamed on me! I found the service employees to treat female customers just like everywhere else - as silly geese.The lack of professionalism is present on many levels. Very dissatisfied. More

Everybody was excellent except for the guysat the front desk Orlando was great he didn't pressure me to buy anything he let me make my own choices so that was great. The older gentleman and the Hispanic gentleman at the front desk weren't very helpful and the older gentleman was particularly rude, unhelpfu and condescending. The Hispanic gentleman at the front desk tried to help but didn't seem to know what was going on Maybe it was a language barrier I'm not sure but he wasn't very helpful when I was asking questions. Over all I would definitely recommend this place to the my friends and probably will. I would suggest someone that doesn't judge on appearances and actually tries to get to know people and actually be helpful... not just a pompous dude old man. More
